Licence & Usage Terms

Understand what your digital purchase allows, and when additional permission is needed.

1. Which Licence Applies?

These terms explain the general use conditions for digital resources purchased from PRINTORICH. Read the product description and any licence supplied with the files before purchase and use. An express product-specific licence takes priority over these general terms for that product. Applicable law takes precedence over any conflicting provision.

2. Access Is Not Ownership

Purchasing a digital resource does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. Rights remain with the relevant creator or rights holder. You receive only the permissions expressly granted by the applicable licence. PRINTORICH cannot grant permissions that it is not authorised to provide.

3. Personal Learning & Reference

Unless the product expressly grants broader rights, purchased resources are for your own personal learning and reference. You may download and keep a personal backup where the product licence permits this. Do not infer permission to publish, distribute or commercially exploit the files from the ability to download them.

4. Commercial Use & Client Work

Use in paid client projects, business deliverables, products for sale or other commercial activities requires permission under the applicable product licence. If commercial use is allowed, follow its limits, including any attribution, end-product, user or distribution restrictions. Contact us before purchase if the scope is unclear.

5. Sharing, Resale & Redistribution

Unless expressly authorised, do not resell, sublicense, upload, redistribute or share purchased files, private download links or account access. Do not offer the resources as another bundle, giveaway, shared drive or competing download service. Editing a file does not automatically create redistribution rights. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

6. Team & Classroom Access

A single purchase does not automatically authorise access by an entire team, class or organisation. Multi-user use must be permitted by the relevant licence. Request clarification before sharing resources with colleagues, students or other users.

7. Third-Party Content & Software

Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' licence conditions. This includes software, fonts, images, templates and other components where applicable. A software reference or compatibility statement is not a software licence. Do not assume PRINTORICH is affiliated with a third-party provider or that software activation, subscription access or resale rights are included unless expressly stated and lawfully provided.

8. Technical & Educational Resources

Learning resources do not guarantee certification, employment, income or professional competence. Independently verify technical designs, CAD/CAM files, calculations and machine instructions before practical use. Follow applicable safety standards and obtain qualified review for safety-sensitive work. This does not override an express commitment in a product offer.

9. Licence Questions & Conflicts

If a listing and included licence appear inconsistent, contact us before relying on a disputed permission. We will review the information and clarify the rights we are authorised to provide. These general terms do not retrospectively remove rights expressly granted with an existing purchase.

10. Misuse & Refunded Purchases

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats or material licence breaches, subject to applicable law. Following a full refund, permission to use the associated resources ends unless the applicable licence, agreement or law provides otherwise. Stop using and delete refunded resources where required.

11. Consumer Rights

These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, lawful remedies or permitted statutory uses. Refund concerns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
