Digital Delivery & Access Policy

Everything you need to know about receiving, downloading and accessing your digital purchase.

1. Digital Delivery, Not Physical Shipping

This policy applies to digital downloads, resource collections and digital kits purchased from PRINTORICH through printorich.in.

These purchases are delivered electronically. No physical parcel, courier service or shipment tracking number is provided. Physical shipping charges do not apply to digital products.

2. How You Receive Your Purchase

The delivery method is described in the product listing or purchase instructions. Depending on the product, this may involve a download link, email instructions or an online access page.

Follow the instructions supplied with your order to access the purchased resources. Do not assume that every product uses the same delivery method.

3. Payment Confirmation & Delivery Timing

Digital delivery is subject to successful payment confirmation. Any delivery timeframe advertised for a product forms part of that product’s offer.

Payment verification, email filtering or technical interruptions may affect delivery. If your purchase is advertised as providing instant access and that access is not available after payment confirmation, contact us promptly.

We do not promise a single delivery timeframe for every product. This does not limit your rights where an advertised delivery commitment is not met.

4. Your Checkout Email

Enter an accurate email address that you can access. Where delivery instructions are sent by email, check your inbox, spam, junk and promotions folders.

If you entered the wrong email address, contact us with your order reference. We may need to verify ownership before correcting details or restoring access. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.

5. Compatibility & File Requirements

Before purchasing, review the listed file formats and any device, software or account requirements. You are responsible for obtaining compatible software and a suitable internet connection.

A purchase does not include third-party software or software licences unless these are explicitly included in the product offer.

Some resources may be supplied as compressed files that require extraction before use. Follow any instructions provided with the product.

6. Access Duration & Download Limits

Any stated access period, download limit or link expiry is governed by the product description and instructions supplied with your purchase.

Lifetime access, unlimited downloads, future updates and ongoing support are included only where expressly stated. We will not retrospectively remove an access entitlement promised with an existing purchase without a lawful basis.

Keep a secure backup of downloaded files where permitted by the applicable product licence.

7. Missing Links or Download Problems

Contact us if your access instructions are missing, a link has expired unexpectedly, a download fails or a supplied file appears incomplete or corrupted.

To help us investigate, provide:

• Your order number or purchase reference.
• The email address used at checkout.
• The product name and affected file, where relevant.
• A description of the problem.
• Relevant screenshots or error messages.

Share only information needed for support. Do not post your private download links publicly.

8. Resolving Delivery Issues

We will investigate reported delivery problems and work to provide the purchased content, restore access or supply corrected files, as appropriate.

If the problem cannot be resolved, an appropriate remedy will be considered under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Troubleshooting does not remove any legal refund entitlement.

9. Secure & Permitted Use

Keep access links and account credentials confidential. Use purchased resources according to their applicable licence and our Terms of Service.

Do not share, publish, resell or redistribute files or grant others access unless the relevant licence expressly permits it.

10. Technical Interruptions

Website maintenance, provider outages and technical faults may temporarily affect access. If an interruption prevents you from using an entitlement included with your purchase, contact us for assistance.

This provision does not excuse a failure to meet obligations imposed by applicable law.

11. Your Rights & Policy Updates

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law differs from this policy, the legal requirements take precedence.

We may update this policy for future purchases. Updates will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. The date above identifies the latest revision.
