1. Who We Are

PRINTORICH operates printorich.in, an online store for digital products and resources. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you visit our website, place an order, access a digital purchase or contact our team.

2. Information We Process

Depending on your interaction with our store, information processed may include:

• Your name, email address and account details.
• Billing information, purchase records and payment status.
• Messages and information supplied during support requests.
• Digital-access or download records, where the delivery service supports them.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details, cookie identifiers and website activity.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used as necessary to:

• Process orders and arrange digital access.
• Verify purchases and maintain customer accounts.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve access or download issues.
• Manage eligible cancellations and refunds.
• Maintain records, investigate fraud and protect the store.
• Improve our services and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where marketing, analytics or advertising services are enabled, information may also be used for those purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices.

4. Digital Delivery

Services used to provide your digital purchase may process your email address, order reference, purchased items and access information to deliver links or enable access.

Where supported, delivery and download records may help us troubleshoot problems, verify access and protect purchased resources against unauthorised distribution. This policy concerns digital purchases, not physical shipping.

5. Payments

Payment services available at checkout process payment information according to their own privacy notices. Relevant transaction information may be provided to us to confirm purchases, investigate payment issues and manage refunds.

Billing information may be required for a digital purchase for payment verification, tax or recordkeeping purposes.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our store and connected services may use cookies and similar technologies to support checkout, account access, security and preferences.

Where enabled, additional technologies may support analytics, advertising and campaign measurement. Technologies that require consent under applicable law must respect the relevant consent choices.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls available on the website. Restricting essential cookies may affect store functionality.

7. Information Sharing

Information may be processed by providers that support our store, including Shopify, payment processors, digital-delivery services and customer-support tools.

Where used, marketing, analytics and advertising providers may process information relevant to their services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud, resolve disputes or protect customers and our business.

8. Shopify’s Role

Our online store runs on Shopify. Shopify processes information to provide its platform and may process certain information for its own purposes as described in its privacy notices.

9. Marketing Choices

Where promotional messages are sent, you can use the unsubscribe option provided or withdraw the relevant consent through the available contact channels.

Essential messages about purchases, digital access, security and support may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

10. Information Retention

Information is retained for periods appropriate to its purpose, including maintaining purchase records, supporting digital access, resolving disputes and complying with applicable requirements.

Retention periods vary by information type and legal obligation. Service providers may also retain information according to their contractual and legal obligations.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to safeguard personal information, but no online service or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Keep your account credentials and digital-access links private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or purchase.

12. International Processing

Shopify and other providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements must be followed.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your information, withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

Submit requests through the contact options published on printorich.in. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests may be subject to lawful exceptions, including obligations to retain records.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to the relevant processing or make purchases under applicable law.

If you believe a child has supplied personal information without the required authorisation, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. External Links

Our website and resources may link to third-party services. Their information practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information.

16. Policy Changes

We may update this policy when our services, information practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Additional notice will be provided where required by law.
